JC E Emmert Arrested as Liquor Violator

Charles Ernest Emmert aged 42 living at 5304 Thirteenth Street NW was arrested around 5 30 AM yesterday by Officers Heide and Deyoe of the Tenth precinct at Georgia Avenue and Spring Road NW and charged with transporting and illegal possession of liquor. Police say his car carried a 5 gallon smoke screen.
