Federal Court Refuses Disbar Lawyer in Ohio Case
Cincinnati Ohio December 18 The Federal Court of Appeals denied the motion to disbar from practice in the Federal bar. Charges and specifications against Thatcher of Toledo Ohio were not dismissed but will be had for the court's consideration. The state supreme court had withdrawn him for practicing in the Oslo State counts due to closed adversaries. The charges may be tried either in Cincinnati appellate court or the Toledo federal district court.
