Palm Limited To Florida And The South Inauguration

Southern's Palm Limited to Florida and the South via Southern Railway will begin service with the first train passing Washington at 6 15 p m January 7 1997. The service will surpass last season's Palm Limited in splendor and accommodations. Excursion rates are now in effect to the South's winter resorts. Fatal misread leads to lethal carbolic acid mixup

Annie Fossum thirty four of South Dakota Avenue Woodridge near Langdon drank carbolic acid mistaken for whisky at her mother Annie Freitag’s home on Monticello Avenue near Queen Chapel Road. She died twenty minutes later after medical efforts and coroner Nevitt opened an investigation. Fossum left behind a husband and two children.

Chancellor Rettans Returns From Southern Trip

Chancellor Rettans, superintendent of schools, returned from a southern trip and held several conferences with the board of education. Run Over by Ambulance In Washington
