Dr Wu Tink-fang, foreign secretary of the revolutionary government, told the American and French consuls that proposed Cottu and other loans accepted by the Manchus target the revolutionists and will not be recognized by the Independent provinces. He also notified the German consul that there is no boycott acknowledged and warned of dangers in arming the Manchus.

Robin Smith, a clock dealer and immigrant with six dollars, offered a 31,000 payment for the ground. Olmuth announced an agreement to transfer ownership and sale remains unsettled as developers speculate Macy & Co or others may compete for Broadway frontage. The lot sits near the Macy store and buyers reportedly plan an eighteen story building.
Ella Von Blucher thirteen years old, great granddaughter of General Blucher, appeared in children's court today as guardianship case proceedings continued. A charge of improper guardianship was preferred seven weeks ago, custody given to Walter Hens Waln of Eagle Avenue, The Bronx, where she has remained since her mother's disappearance. The mother, once a famous dancer and actress who appeared before Bismarck, purportedly connected to German Count Adolph Von Blucher, and a United States Army officer, Count Adolph Son Blues, died in the same period.
Kansas City mayor reformers move to curb indiscriminate divorces as the divorce proctor, Wo Wright, is barred from participating in a circuit court suit. The objection claims the proctor lacks standing, and Judge Guthrie sustains. The proctor’s office was created by all circuit judges, and few uncontested separations have occurred since he began. Special to The Washington Post from San Francisco reports two hundred California Club members, all women, voted this afternoon proving Kipling’s line that the female of the species is more deadly than the male. The piece notes there was no fighting, only ballots cast as the women asserted their political influence and defense.
A $25 000 package once missing from the old annex postoffice station was located tonight. George W Steck, a clerk at the annex, admitted holding the $5000 plus package since September 4, 1910 and confessed to postoffice inspectors Reuter and Bunsen.

Special to The Washington Post reports Beatrice Burr 16, wealthiest girl in the county, disputes a hold-up account. Her father says he will compensate W H Adams of Philadelphia for damages to his buggy claimed to be caused by Burrs’ car. Adams injured when his buggy crashed after a collision.
Newport reports society leader and polo tennis player Livingston Beeckman is slated as the Republican candidate for United States senator from Rhode Island when Senator Wetmore retires next year. Beeckman just completed his second term in the general assembly and was elected state senator from Mayport last month. His plurality has been large and he has never been defeated.
Special to The Washington Post from Chisgo Dee 6 reports Henry Strong of Lake Geneva probate of a 4000000 estate with a 100 year trust through Northern Trust Company. The estate remains undivided among descendants until 21 years after all grandchildren die. Five children and grandchildren receive $15000 yearly for education of poor South and Midwest youth picked by trust and heirs.
Special to The Washington best reports Charles W Morse of Brookline offers $1000 in a Boston bank for anyone who can prove to his satisfaction that the earth is round. Morse, who believes the earth is square, argues the sun revolves around the earth and dismisses the notion of rapid planetary motion.
Leo Dermody pleaded guilty in Washington Post Derby police court to beating his wife. He said he spanked her for not obeying his order to sit still while he spanked their year old baby for crying. After driving his wife from the house with the child, Dermody broke up the furniture. Judge W S Downs told Dermody a husband has no right to command obedience from his wife as she has of him.
Special to The Washington Post reports a man about 40 years old leaped from the World Building’s summit, landing on a Park Row car hood, wrecking it, and sprawling on the crowded sidewalk. The note in his pocket gave the Paris address Albert Denens d Ariegues 4 Rue Paillet.

United States Attorney Miller disclosed a secret Washington conference between Samuel Gompers, head of the American Federation of Labor, and county prosecutor Baker. The government has watched Gomper’s movements closely as the discussion took place, Indianapolis report indicates.

A basement fire at the Mare apartment house on Sixteenth Street near Spruce Street in Philadelphia claimed three lives. Samuel Balfour his wife and their year old daughter perished after trying to reach a roof escape and being overcome by smoke. Firemen rescued many residents as flames swept the building, most occupants were awakened from sleep by the alarm around 10 o'clock. Balfour a Woolworths manager, home in Paterson NJ, died in the blaze that devastated the structure and its basement origin.
Special to The Washington Post Philadelphia December 6 A bold second story entry enabled a thief to enter Mrs George K Breintnall’s apartment via a water spout during dinner. Jewels valued over $1000 were stolen including diamond rings a pearl necklace bracelets and several diamond brooches. Only finger marks on the water spout remain as clues.
A four story concrete building under construction for Prest-O-Lite collapsed at noon killing seven workers and injuring 21. The contractor cites cold weather preventing proper setting of concrete. Victims include Fred Asher Henry Barnes and others. most men were lunching inside when debris struck.
In Atlanta on December 6 forecasts point to a high turnout in Georgia's gubernatorial primary. Former Gov Joseph M Brown seeks the office again, facing Pete Brown and Judge Roy Russell in a three way race. Russell adds a prohibition issue with his platform, influencing the contest's dynamics.
A double aviation fatality occurred near Filey, Scarborough, Yorkshire this morning. Aviator Findert Otley was killed instantly and passenger Robert Weles died from injuries. The incident followed by news of a matinee at the Columbia Theater showing Over the River at 2:15.
