The body of a young man who died by drinking carbolic acid Saturday was identified yesterday by his wife in an Emergency Hospital as Joseph Rountree not living with her for some time. His mother, a housekeeper for Patrolman Law of Tennalleytown, claimed the body in Washington. Rountree had lived here before moving to Baltimore where he worked in a lunch room on Light Street. Robert J Hunter proprietor of Bryan and Co at 6M Fifteenth Street NW was thrown from his car in a collision with a street car at Washington Circle. He was taken to Emergency Hospital, discharged, and returned home at 164 Eighteenth Street with only minor head and body bruises.
