Navy to Treat Wells Like Any Seaman

No recommendation has reached the Navy Department for dismissing J Raynor Storrs Wells on the training ship Franklin at Norfolk. The department will not grant special favors to Wells, despite his millionaire father. Wells must serve a three year term unless dishonorably discharged, and any possible dismissal requires a commanding officer's recommendation and approval by Secretary Bonaparte. If court martialed for rule violations, he could face a military prison.
