Widow contests paper as Tucker will signed before surgery
In Frederick Maryland on August 4 attorney H Dorsey Libson filed a petition in the orphan's court asking validation of a slip of paper said to be the will of the late AL Tucker. The document, signed July 29 just before an operation, was drawn by the testator with only one witness, but the attorney contends unusual circumstances justify probate. The court had previously disregarded the document for lacking a second witness and named Daniel Tucker administrator.
