Labor Federsation Endorses La Follette Wheeler Platform
Atlantic City officials report the American Federation of Labor formally endorsed the Cleveland Conference for Progressive Political Action ticket La Follette for President and Wheeler for Vice President, denouncing both major parties as morally bankrupt and aligned with machine politicians The AFL’s stance favors relief from injunctions and other reforms while noting the platform diverges on international issues yet aligns more closely with labor on domestic policy The document cautions the AFL endorsement applies only to La Follette and Wheeler and not to any other candidates or parties
