Brightwood Citizens Pressfor Clear Through Car Costs
The Brightwood Citizens Association appeals to the District railway commission for exact figures on the cost of running through cars from Brightwood into the city. They challenge a vague claim by Brightwood Railway vice president Harries that through service is financially impractical. The commission will first determine the relation between Brightwood and Washington Railway and Electric Company to assess possible operating and holding arrangements and extra car costs.
