Brightwood Citizens Ask Cost of Through Car Service
The Brightwood Citizens Association asks the District railway commission to determine the exact cost of running through cars from Brightwood into the city. They argue the vice president of Brightwood Railway’s claim of financial inability is vague and demand detailed figures. The commission will first assess the relation between Brightwood Railway and Washington Railway and Electric Company to clarify ownership and operating costs.
