Johnson Dillard, 24, of 344 McLane Ave SW, was arrested at Pennsylvania Station by Detective Berman for allegedly stealing a railroad ticket to Fredericksburg from Frank Gouldman while Gouldman slept. Gouldman, a Fredericksburg resident, had bought the ticket and waited for his train. Dillard will face a Police Court hearing this morning.
Miss Detla P Street a Census Office clerk sues Washington Railway and Electric for 6000 in local court. She alleges a car brake handle struck her face at First and D streets northwest on February 21. She claims a fractured nose and bruised eye, with permanent injuries. Attorneys Kappler and Merilint represent Street.
