Work of American Group in Interparliamentary Union

A meeting of the American group of Interparliamentary Union, comprising only members of Congress, was held at the Capitol last night. Over 400 House members attended as Representative Barthold of Missouri chaired and reported on the Brussels conference. The group blocked two propositions, one for recognizing territorial integrity and outlining questions for study, the other for a permanent international congress.
