Tuesday J. W. Ells, serving a 35 day jail term for impersonating an officer, will be turned over to a deputy U. S. marshal to Terre Haute. He faces federal charges for impersonating a revenue officer, combining two sentences for the same offense. Sunday shop officer Wilkinson jailed Frank Stewart, a Washington youth, for boarding a freight to Montgomery. He pleaded guilty before Mayor Clark and paid a dollar plus costs.
