Grover Pain of Veale township posted 200 bond to keep the peace for thirty days. Arthur McGracken was arraigned with a 3500 bond to insure appearance next term for assault and battery. In Mollie Beitman vs. Charles H. Ul tdy et al the court ruled for the plaintiff awarding a judgment of 500. A verdict from the Miriam Craig case notes the deaths caused by the 1905 Roosevelt bed plate accident and blames conductor James T. Kelly and motorman Euclid Madden for contributing to the death.
