City Council forms four park and street resolutions
Washington city council met Monday adopting four declaratory resolutions for opening two streets through the old fair grounds and laying sidewalks on Southside areas. It also approved curb and gutter work on several east streets, and authorized a ten inch sewer tile project of 407 feet.
