Insanity case against Mrs Patterson dismissed by court
The insanity case of Mrs. Greenberry Patterson and her children was dismissed today by Squire Kellamy on motion of the plaintiffs. Patterson, a prominent farmer near Cornettsville, was involved. Also, Charles Carroll, a store clerk claiming Indianapolis as home, was arrested Saturday for intoxication but released on promise to leave town. Bessie Duncan and Della Gilmore were arrested for prostitution. Mayor Clark fined Duncan ten dollars and costs and Gilmore five dollars and costs, with fines stayed.
