Suit Filed Against Burton J Millis for 8000 and Foreclosure
Josiah D. Myers of Worthington filed suit in the Circuit Court against Burton J. Millis of Plainville seeking an accounting and judgment for 8000 plus foreclosure of mortgages held by Millis and his bondsmen. Myers alleges advances totaling over 37 000 with a remaining due of about 8000 and says Millis absconded in February. He continues operating the Millis elevator in Plainville with another man in charge while Millis is missing.
