Miners Face Court in Rioting and Assault Cases

Bonds for rioting set at 1100 each, two counts, while theft and related charges carried separate bond terms. Trials delayed until January. Prosecutor moved to dismiss nonassault counts. several defendants released on own recognizance with arraignment slated for later.
