Massive air strikes hit Viet Nam fronts and delta
U S and allied forces unleashed large scale air strikes across the Mekong Delta and northern frontiers in Viet Nam. Reports say 209 enemy dead and 161 captured as Marines and South Vietnamese troops engaged Viet Cong, with 17 anti-aircraft emplacements destroyed and air support missions led by Maj. Robert D.
