May Show 68000 as Brinks Trial Evidence
In Boston prosecutors may present $68,000 in deteriorated cash as evidence against eight men charged with the Brink’s Inc robbery that yielded $1,218,211 six years ago. The loot was found June 4 in a beer cooler during an FBI raid. two defendants, John Fats Buccelli and Edward Wimpy Bennett, were arrested with the money and held on accessory charges. FBI traced the cash to Gordon Perry Jr., arrested in Baltimore while attempting to pass a $10 bill at an amusement park. Perry also faces accessory charges.
