Teen-agers face court in Fort Dodge bombing case
In Fort Dodge Iowa three of six teens were to appear in Juvenile Court today on bombing related charges. John Barney Jr Christopher Ackerman and Jerry Bratland all 16 or 17 from Fort Dodge already on parole for car theft. Gregory Koch and Jerry Bratland were to appear Saturday with the same charges. No trial date was set for the sixth youth.

Textron Inc of Providence has announced the purchase of W. A. Shaeffer Pen Co, Fort Madison, a global producer of writing instruments and hearing aids. Shaeffer, with about 1.7 million shares outstanding and 2,500 employees, will operate as a Textron division with no immediate management changes.
