In Crawfordsville on Friday evening Mr and Mrs Ray McAllister and family joined in a supper at the William Wooley home to celebrate Mrs McAllister birthday. Also reported are visits by Mr and Mrs Howard Anderson to Owatonna Minnesota for the funeral of Mrs Merwin Chadwick, with services held Friday. A Crawfordsville Eastern Star meeting united officers and members Wednesday. A Masons and Stars picnic is planned for Sunday September 22 at Marr Park with a noon wiener roast and pot luck. Refreshments were provided by local volunteers. Don Blankenhorn and Doug visited Floyd Blankenhorn in Washington for birthday as he recovers from illness.
