Grand Jury Dismisses Charges Against Three Washington Youths
Three Washington youths named Robert Christner Joe McKeone and Bud Shafter were cleared of robbery charges by a grand jury in Washington. The case arose after Robert Morris Allen of Iowa City accused them of an alley robbery. Allen later faced charges for supplying beer to minors and lascivious acts with a child under sixteen and began a three year hard labor term at Ft.
