Communications broken, thousands homeless, famine and disease threats loom as relief is urged for medical supplies food and shelter. Boiler Explodes at J S A Electric Plant
A boiler exploded at the J S A Electric Plant of the Iowa Southern Utilities company yesterday evening. William Starr suffered burns and was taken to the county hospital with non life threatening injuries.
