Gas blowout on offshore rig kills three near Louisiana

Edgartown police say original papers related to the 1969 Chappaquiddick death of Mary Jo Kopechne are missing for over a year. Sgt. Record low temperatures were set across Iowa with Waterloo reaching 31 degrees breaking 1953 mark and Cedar Rapids logging 35 for Sept 13, while northern areas stayed in the mid to upper 30s and the south in the 40s.
