For 1974 1975 guaranteed prices are set at 2.05 dollars a bushel for wheat 1.38 for corn and 0.38 per pound for cotton. The measure includes disaster prevented plantings payments and cost sharing for conservation under the Rural Environmental Assistance Program and Water Bank Program.
