Otto Huber, a Rankton real estate dealer visiting Sioux City, recovered a $2000 diamond engagement ring lost by Miss Ruby Parr while canoeing on the James River near Yankton. The ring had been missing for more than a year. Huber found it after three hours of digging with a sand sieve. He expects it to return to Miss Parr, though marriage plans were not disclosed.
