James Sylvester Hunt a 60 year old former Greeley bank manager was to be arraigned before a U S commissioner on a charge of embezzling about 14500 from 1939 to 1949 he says he embezzled about 18500 to cover ordinary living expenses and has repaid about 4000 Hunt managed the Greeley office of the Community Savings Bank of Edgewood and was arrested on a Federal Reserve Act violation charge FBI filed the complaint District Attorney Gilkey said no charge would be filed at this time Hunt admitted the theft to newsmen and to bank officials in Des Moines after meeting with vice president Adams who said the bank was shocked by the confession
