Mike Scott 61 Dies At Columbus Junction
Mike Scott aged 61, longtime Columbus Junction resident, died suddenly at home from neuralgia of the heart. Born March 23, 1886 in Greenfield, he married Josie Street in 1915. Survived by wife, son Fearl, mother Mrs. Parker Scott, brother James Scott, and sisters Dela Johnston, Anna Hateh, and Mary Statter. A son Merle J. Scott was killed at Bougainville on March 8, 1944. Funeral arrangements by Richie Funeral Home not yet completed.
