Riverside man Edward Dautremont aged 83 died Wednesday at a son’s home in Waschope Canada. He was born and raised in Riverside. Funeral services will be held Friday in Waschope. Survivors include his wife a son Charles three grandchildren two sisters Rose of Riverside and Josephine of San Francisco four brothers Raymond Riverside Oscar Portland Ore Richard Chicago and George Alida Canada. Three Killed in Auto Crash Near Storm Lake
Three people died in a two car crash 10 miles north of Storm Lake Iowa when both vehicles failed to stop at a stop sign at the USTL and Iowa intersection. The deceased were Mrs LW Knudtsen 49 and Mr and Mrs Klein Remsen. Knudtsen died minutes after hospital admission. Klein couple died instantly. A trucker who witnessed the wreck reported fire in the Knudtsen car and helped extinguish it.
