Legal test on professional men Incorporating in Mason City

Oct 25 in Mason City a legal question is set to be discussed by Judge D Fuller on whether a group of professional men may incorporate and practice under a firm name. The case involves the New York Dental Co branch and charges against Willing Joseph Frost for practicing dentistry under a name other than his own. The Ad Club and state attorneys, with George Marty, contend the act limits individual malpractice by members. A Minneapolis lawyer will assist the dental association.
