In Trenton New Jersey a thief who looted Albert Angeloni's tavern of 150 dollars Friday may be identified by well marked bills bearing messages such as good luck Al and best wishes Al. The owner said the bills were given to him by well wishers when he wid his bar.
The Soviet Union urged a long United Nations discussion on disarmament in a Friday session led by Arkady Sobolev. Observers saw the move as a pre Geneva pressure tactic to blame the West if talks fail, while planning to push a propaganda advantage.
Leo M. Butlett aged 17 of Dubuque was killed when his car went off U.S. 52 on a curve, plunged down a 50 foot embankment and struck a tree several miles south of Durango. Authorities report the vehicle left the road on the curve.

Fire broke out on the upper floor of Mrs. Eivie Crawford’s Columbus City residence about 6 45 a m Friday and caused extensive interior damage. A neighbor reported the blaze to the Columbus Fire department. cause not determined. Goods on the first floor were removed.
Fire crews from the Washington Fire Department responded at 4:45 a.m. to a blaze at the Washington Manufacturing Co. The unknown origin fire began in the northwest corner near packed turn buckles for shipment and caused several hundred dollars in damage. Ceiling walls floors and merchandise were scorched. Insurance covers all losses. A gasoline transport driver who reported the alarm helped confine the fire to about 15 by 20 feet.

A Greyhound bus collided with a car and plunged down a 50 foot incline into a bog near Monroe. The bus carried 32 people. the driver Vance Owen of Akron steered it over rough ground to avoid a rollover. One car passenger Jack Hutchinson, 16, was killed. his uncle Orgie Van Dosen was injured. nine bus passengers were hurt but not seriously. Seven released after treatment. two Pittsburgh residents Robert Wallace and Mrs. Georganna Brooks were hospitalized.
