Death of Robert St. Clair Cunningham after yearlong illness
Robert St. Clair Cunningham died yesterday at Punty hospital after a year of declining health and ten days’ hospitalization. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Sherman Funeral Home with Rev. D. Chalmers Fulton officiating. Burial is in Crawfordsville Cemetery. Born December 28, 1858, near Crawfordsville, he lived there before moving to Washington twelve years ago. Survived by his widow and two children, Robert Cunningham of Oakland, California, and Arlene at home. Olive, a daughter, died nine years ago. Also mourned by two sisters, and a brother.
