Two Hospitalized After County Truck Crash
Two Washington men were hospitalized in good condition after a two truck collision on a county road Tuesday afternoon seven miles north of Washington. Bill Kindred suffered head back and side injuries while Robert Redlinger had three broken ribs. Sterling Gideon Gideon of Logan drove the gravel truck. Damages were about 8000 total. Both injured men were thrown from the cabs and brought to the hospital by ambulance.

Mrs Myrtle Moth of Council Bluffs Dies
Funeral services were held in Council Bluffs for Mrs Myrtle Moth who died there unexpectedly Saturday. She was a frequent visitor in Washington with many friends here.
