Royal Visitors Now In Canada

Princess Elizabeth and Prince Philip arrived at Dorval airport to begin their Canadian royal tour. The 60 ton British cruiser carried the couple from London landing at 11 40 am EST amid rain and a prior Atlantic hurricane dodge with an unscheduled stop at Gander. Royal Canadian mounted police in scarlet tunics and air force officers lined the taxi to the terminals.
