DES MOINES October 8 1945 The state conservation commission announced the 1946 pheasant and Hungarian partridge seasons. Pheasant shooting runs from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM October 28 through November 17 in 59 counties. Seven counties opened in 1945 are closed in 1946 and the bag limit is reduced to six cock birds.
