Bombers Readied for War Aid in Cuba Crisis

United Nations reports Cuba accusing the United States of assembling American made bombers in Guatemala to threaten Cuba. Cuban Foreign Minister Raul Roa claimed planes with Cuban insignia will be used to simulate attacks or invade Cuba. He said over 100 U.S. airmen and technicians have entered Guatemala to assist the conspiracy and that the White House plans to sever relations with Cuba at Guantanamo Bay.

Confesses Leading Highwaymen Gang in Multi State Robberies

Elton H. Hale 42 admitted he headed a gang posing as policemen to rob motorists in Texas Arizona and California. He claimed the group struck about 1000 victims since May, often torturing women with padlocks and using a flashing light and siren to halt targets near El Paso and on U S highways.
