Free rent and pasture offered to move to Crone farm

Walter Haight's offers free rent and four months pasture west of the city. J C Smith, a respected townsman and former Clinton resident, died after several weeks illness. Born Knox county Ohio March 1880 he served in the Civil War, later moving to Linn county and Clinton Iowa before settling here. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2:30 PM from the residence.
