Brighton Resident 96 Dies on Thanksgiving
Cecilia G. Wilms, 96, longtime Brighton resident, died at 11 a.m. at her daughter Mrs Elizabeth Richardson’s home in Brighton. Rosary tonight at Omar Hoskins funeral home. Funeral 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St Joseph’s church East Pleasant Plain. Burial in St Joseph’s cemetery. She was born April 20 1856 in Germany and came to Iowa in 1883. Survived by daughter, son Peter Wilms Moline, sister, six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild. Preceded in death by husband Henry, son Joe, eight siblings.
