House panel seeks contempt citations for Hollywood figures

Wagler Services Set for Tuesday in Wayland
Funeral services for 88 year old John Wagler will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:20 and 2:00 at the Wagler home and Sugar Creek church. Burial at Sugar Creek cemetery. Surviving are wife Catherine and children John of Wayland, Mrs. Joe Hirschy, Alfred, Mrs. Lawrence Fritz. four children deceased. He died after a stroke at his home. He was born July 25, 1859 in the old country and moved to the United States in 1904.

Wade Ferguson Dies After Heart Attack Near Wellman
Wade S Ferguson died at 7 16 Sunday evening at his home four and a half miles southeast of Wellman after a heart attack. He had been ill two years. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 00 PM at Powell funeral home Wellman. Born January 19 1862 in Tennessee he was a son of John and Betty Ferguson and came from Missouri to Washington county and lived in Wellman and West Chester. He married Kittie Newell March 4 1818 at Springfield Missouri who survives. He belonged to the Christian church at Kalona and leaves several children including Worth Lester Ernest Mrs Margaret Spease Mrs Treva Griggs and Lynn Persu plus one grandchild and a sister Mrs J Jentry of Houston Missouri. Two brothers predeceased him including George Ferguson.
