Retarded Children Group Plans Drive For Funds
The Washington County Association for Retarded Children launches a county fund-raising campaign chaired by Milo Orris. The mail campaign aims to raise $3,000 to support Prairie Flower Special Education School and the hospital grounds trainable school, fund materials, recreational and camp programs, plus a teacher scholarship. The drive begins November 26 with a fourfold program including education, equipment purchases, recreation, and scholarships.
