OTTUMWA The arrest of Van Channel of Fairfield, last of 10 men indicted in an alleged cattle fraud, was announced by postal authorities. Channel, charged with mail fraud, was apprehended at Amarillo Texas after waiving extradition and will be taken to Baltimore Maryland where he is indicted as a member of a cattle ring operating in this state.

Takes Lease On Congress Hotel In Washington
