A lone armed bandit robbed the Chanhassen state bank near Minneapolis and was captured within an hour. Sheriff W. H. Fabriz identified the detainee as Bernard Region of Appleton, Minn. The robbery occurred about 11:30 a.m. CST, taking funds from cashier F. J. Schneider before orders to lie down.
