Two Ottumwa men Kenneth Redman 49 and Chester Nelson 47 charged with robbery after forcing a station attendant to install a fan belt in their car at gunpoint. Redman held on 15000 dollar bond Nelson on 10000 dollar bond.
Extension Economist Marvin Skadberg of Iowa State University will lead the first session of a Special Pork Production Short Course in Kalona starting Monday November 24. The seven Monday night sessions run 8 to 10 p.m. through January 5 at the Farmers Savings Bank with pre registration by November 24 and a $4 fee.
