A special grand jury in Ottawa Illinois indicted Chester Otto Weger 23 for the March 14 triple murder of Frances Murphy Mildred Lindquist and Lillian Oeeting in Starved Rock State Park. Family in Hospital After Auto Accident Near Keota
A Washington D C family traveling to Francis Warren Air Field Cheyenne Wyoming was injured when their 1957 car went out of control while passing another vehicle on Highway 92 three miles southeast of Keota. Mr Burton suffered a fractured left arm and shoulder injuries, Mrs Burton had cuts to the leg, the daughter Deloras was uninjured. The party was treated in Keota then moved by ambulance to a Sigourney hospital for the night with further X rays planned.
