Burlington Man Killed In Freak Accident
Frank H. Kessler, 47, of Burlington, died after a gust of wind toppled a mat and two chairs while he rode on the rear of a truck loaded with household goods. He was knocked off and struck his head on the pavement, dying 30 minutes later.
