Two Fall Victims to Cornpicking Accidents in Olds
Two farmers near Olds suffered corn harvesting injuries on Thursday. Raymond Hultquist lost his right hand at a movable picker and was taken to Memorial hospital in Mt. Pleasant, where amputation was performed above the wrist. Guy Eubank sustained a compound fracture of the left arm while near a corn dump and was also hospitalized, with doctors hoping to save the limb.
