The first Washington burial for Theodore R. Tucker, a World War II casualty, will be Sunday at Elm Grove Cemetery at two in the afternoon. Graveside rites conducted by Rev. T. C. Polk with naval veterans guard of honor follow a cortege from Sherman’s funeral home. Tucker, born July 6, 1910, died August 17, 1944 near Pearl Harbor while serving as an electricians mate. He is survived by his wife Eurain, daughter Janet, his mother, two brothers, a sister, and one deceased daughter Phyllis.
