They found death by a revolver shot to the forehead. The deceased was identified as Bothwell Pulford who had earlier been seen near his team. Several neighbors rushed to assist but Pulford was already dead.

Peter Arm Strong a 16 year old from Chicago was found in a freight car in Pittsburg in a starved and emaciated state. He entered the car at Buffalo last Friday and after the door was closed he lacked food or water for six days. He could not stand when found but doctors expect he will be well enough to go home in a few days.
