Des Moines May 19 The Iowa State Treasurer reports proposals to buy about ten million dollars of soldier bonus bonds. If markets stay strong the entire issue might be sold at four and a quarter percent. Bonds for interim years pose selling concerns while first two to four year and last three to ten year bonds are more readily purchased. The present sale continues to time of re advertisement sale on June 2. The next sale at four and a quarter will be held Wednesday morning.
